There doesn't need to be perfect reason to start therapy.
There might be just a slight pull - knowing that something inside you is ready for a change.
Or you feel the world around you is too loud, heavy, uncertain and life doesn't feel quite right.
Therapy here is not about fixing you. It is about understanding yourself, your emotions, your relationships, and your life.
Together, we can explore what currently feels heavy, what repeats and doesn't serve you anymore, and what quietly asks to be seen and heard.
It might be the pain you carry which needs to be screamed out just to be heard or a scared part which longs to be finally seen.
If you are going through difficult times, loss, uncertainty, anxieties or you just wish to understand yourself better - therapy will give you that space to process all of it.
In the safety of the therapeutic space we will create, you can meet your feelings, learn to understand them, and gradually find new ways to care for yourself – with kindness, awareness, and authenticity.
In my practice, I often use Transactional Analysis (TA) to help clients understand the deeper patterns behind their emotions, relationships, and decision-making.
Using TA has been helping clients to shift their thinking into a different perspective and create more balanced ways of relating to self and others.
TA is comprehensive psychological, humanistic and philosophical theory founded by psychiatrist Eric Berne and is widely used, as well, in educational and organizational settings.
At its core, it beliefs that every person is "OKAY" and has capacity:
To change
To think
Make decisions
All these lead to pathway of growth.
To facilitate deeper understanding of our behaviour, communicational patterns and emotional development, TA offers three core parts - known as ego states: the Parent, Adult and Child.
By understanding which ego state we are communicating from, we gain greater insight into recurring patterns that no longer serves us in relationships, work and inner dialogues.
TA as well explores developmental decisions we make in childhood - known as Script, that ultimately shaped our choices and sense of identity in adulthood.
The goal of TA therapy is to provide tools to enhance autonomy, authenticity and intimacy (in relation to self and others).
If you feel it’s time to look within, I would be honored to walk that path with you.
